Every child in every school in South Carolina deserves access to the same educational opportunities. But in many rural and underserved communities, barriers exist that create limitations for our most vulnerable students. Our work seeks to help address these disparities through literacy initiatives, teacher-informed programming, and a life-changing focus on early learners.
O6 Afterschool
Customized programming for students grades two through eight with an emphasis on homework completion, study habits, STEM activities, team games, and FUN.
My First Library
Participating kindergarten students choose ten books to build their own home library, thus helping to close the “summer slide.”
